How to do it
- Start with feet shoulder-width apart, barbell close to shins.
- Grip the barbell with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Execute a deadlift to lift the barbell, keeping the back straight.
- As the barbell reaches the thighs, explosively extend hips and pull the bar up.
- Finish by shrugging shoulders and pulling the barbell to chest height.
