How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the resistance band with both hands.
- Extend your arms straight in front of you, keeping tension on the band.
- Slowly raise your arms overhead, maintaining tension, and feel the stretch in your shoulders.
- Hold for a few seconds at the top, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
