How to do it
- Attach a resistance band to an anchor point near shoulder height.
- Stand side-on to the anchor with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the band with both hands.
- Initiate movement by twisting your torso, bringing the band diagonally from low to high across your body.
- Control the band back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
