The band triceps kickback is an isolation exercise targeting the triceps. It helps in building upper arm strength and enhancing muscle definition. This exercise is beneficial for improving arm extension, which is crucial in various athletic activities and daily functions.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, stepping on the resistance band.
  2. Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight.
  3. Hold the band handles, and position your upper arms parallel to your torso.
  4. Extend your elbows to push the band back, fully contracting the triceps.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
