How to do it

  1. Anchor a resistance band at waist height.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, facing the anchor point, and hold the band with one hand.
  3. Engage your core and twist your torso while pulling the band toward your waist.
  4. Return to the start position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps and switch sides.
