How to do it
- Sit on the floor with legs extended and a resistance band wrapped around your feet.
- Hold the band handles with both hands, arms extended in front of you.
- Pull the band towards your torso, keeping your back straight and elbows close to your body.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
