The band straight back seated row is an upper body exercise that targets the back muscles. It improves posture and builds strength in the upper and middle back, making it beneficial for overall functional movement. This exercise helps in enhancing back stability and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended and a resistance band wrapped around your feet.
  2. Hold the band handles with both hands, arms extended in front of you.
  3. Pull the band towards your torso, keeping your back straight and elbows close to your body.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
  5. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
