The Band Standing Chest Press is a strength exercise targeting the chest and arms. It improves upper body strength and stability by simulating a pressing motion while standing, engaging the core as well.
How to do it
- Secure a resistance band at chest height behind you.
- Stand with one foot forward for stability, grasping the band handles.
- Press the band forward until your arms are fully extended.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
