The Band Standing Chest Press is a strength exercise targeting the chest and arms. It improves upper body strength and stability by simulating a pressing motion while standing, engaging the core as well.

How to do it

  1. Secure a resistance band at chest height behind you.
  2. Stand with one foot forward for stability, grasping the band handles.
  3. Press the band forward until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
