How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, anchoring a resistance band under one foot.
  2. Hold the band's handle with one hand and extend the arm downward at a 45-degree angle from your body.
  3. Curl the band towards your shoulder by flexing the elbow while keeping the upper arm stable.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, ensuring the biceps is fully contracted.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position.
