The Weighted Russian Twist (Legs Up) is an exercise targeting the core muscles, particularly the obliques. It involves rotating the torso while holding a weight, with legs elevated, to improve core strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the ground with your legs lifted and knees slightly bent.
  2. Hold a weight plate with both hands at chest level.
  3. Lean back slightly, keeping your back straight.
  4. Rotate your torso to the right, then to the left.
  5. Repeat the movement, keeping your core engaged throughout.
