The Weighted Bag Standing Swing Twist involves swinging a weighted object while twisting the torso. This exercise targets the core for rotational stability and strength, particularly engaging the obliques and improving overall coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weighted bag with both hands.
  2. Engage the core and begin with the bag at hip level.
  3. Swing the bag up diagonally across the body while twisting the torso.
  4. Lower the bag back down to the start position with control.
  5. Repeat the movement in the opposite direction.
