The Shin Box Switch is a mobility exercise that targets hip flexibility and core stability. It involves rotational movement of the lower body while seated, helping improve hip mobility and strengthening the core.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs in a 90-90 position, one foot in front and one behind.
  2. Engage core and rotate knees to the opposite side, maintaining 90-degree angles at the knees.
  3. Keep upper body upright, using arms extended forward for balance.
  4. Switch from side to side in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
