How to do it
- Lie on your back with a stability ball held between your hands.
- Simultaneously lift your legs and upper body, bringing the ball towards your feet.
- At the top position, pass the ball to your feet, squeezing the ball between them.
- Lower both your legs and upper body back to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement, passing the ball back to your hands.
