How to do it
- Sit on the floor with legs extended and slightly bent, and lean back slightly.
- Lift your feet off the ground and balance on your glutes, keeping your core engaged.
- Extend one arm to punch across your body while maintaining the V position.
- Rotate your torso as you punch to engage the obliques.
- Repeat on the other side, alternating punches while maintaining balance.
