The V Sit Cross Punch is a core-strengthening exercise that involves performing punches from a seated V position. This movement targets the core muscles, especially the obliques, while also challenging balance and stability.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended and slightly bent, and lean back slightly.
  2. Lift your feet off the ground and balance on your glutes, keeping your core engaged.
  3. Extend one arm to punch across your body while maintaining the V position.
  4. Rotate your torso as you punch to engage the obliques.
