The sumo quarter squat tip toe with arms curl combines lower body engagement with arm movement, targeting multiple muscle groups. It primarily strengthens the quadriceps and improves balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, toes pointing out.
  2. Lower into a quarter squat while lifting onto your toes.
  3. Raise your arms in a curling motion as you squat.
  4. Maintain balance and control throughout the movement.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat.
