Standing Sprint is a cardiovascular exercise that mimics the motion of sprinting in place. It effectively engages the core and leg muscles, enhancing agility and endurance. This exercise is excellent for improving cardiovascular health and overall lower body strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and engage your core.
  2. Lift one knee toward your chest while swinging the opposite arm forward.
  3. Quickly switch legs and arms, simulating a running motion.
  4. Maintain quick, rhythmic movements for the desired timeframe.
  5. Keep your chest lifted and avoid hunching forward.
