Standing Arms Flinging is a dynamic upper body exercise primarily engaging the shoulder muscles. It involves swinging the arms in a controlled manner to improve shoulder mobility and coordination, while also engaging the core for stability.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
- Raise both arms to shoulder height with elbows bent.
- Quickly fling one arm forward while the other goes back, then reverse.
- Maintain a steady, controlled movement with core engaged.
- Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
