Standing Arms Flinging is a dynamic upper body exercise primarily engaging the shoulder muscles. It involves swinging the arms in a controlled manner to improve shoulder mobility and coordination, while also engaging the core for stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  2. Raise both arms to shoulder height with elbows bent.
  3. Quickly fling one arm forward while the other goes back, then reverse.
  4. Maintain a steady, controlled movement with core engaged.
  5. Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
