The squat tip toe exercise targets the lower body muscles by combining a squat with toe raise to enhance strength and balance. It effectively engages the quadriceps and calves, providing an excellent workout for improving muscle endurance and stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out.
  2. Lower into a squat position, keeping the chest up and knees behind toes.
  3. Hold the squat position and rise onto your toes as high as possible.
  4. Pause briefly, then lower your heels back down.
  5. Return to standing and repeat.
