The squat tip toe exercise targets the lower body muscles by combining a squat with toe raise to enhance strength and balance. It effectively engages the quadriceps and calves, providing an excellent workout for improving muscle endurance and stability.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out.
- Lower into a squat position, keeping the chest up and knees behind toes.
- Hold the squat position and rise onto your toes as high as possible.
- Pause briefly, then lower your heels back down.
- Return to standing and repeat.
