How to do it
- Set the Smith Machine bar at shoulder height.
- Position yourself under the bar, placing it across your upper back.
- Step one foot forward so your feet are staggered.
- Lower your hips until the back knee nearly touches the ground.
- Press through the front heel to return to the starting position.
