The sled narrow stance leg press targets the lower body, emphasizing muscle development in the legs. It engages the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings while using a narrower foot placement to alter muscle activation patterns.
How to do it
- Sit on the leg press machine with your back against the pad.
- Place your feet narrow on the platform with your toes pointing slightly outward.
- Press the sled upward by extending your knees and hips.
- Lower the sled back down with control until your knees are at 90 degrees.
- Continue for the desired number of repetitions.
