The skater arm swings exercise is a dynamic movement that mimics the lateral movement of a skater. It effectively engages the lower body and core for stabilization while swinging the arms to enhance coordination and balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand on your left foot with a slight bend in the knee.
  2. Swing your right leg behind you as you lean forward slightly.
  3. Swing your arms across your body, mimicking a skating motion.
  4. Switch sides by jumping to your right foot.
  5. Continue alternating sides while maintaining balance.
