How to do it

  1. Sit down with your legs bent and feet together.
  2. Clasp your hands behind your back, pulling your shoulders back.
  3. Lift your chest and look upwards, feeling the stretch across your chest.
  4. Hold the position for a few breaths, keeping your back straight.
  5. Release and repeat as needed.
