The Single Leg Squat with Support, or Pistol Squat, is an advanced lower body movement that targets balance, strength, and flexibility. By using support, this variation helps improve form and stability. Primary focus is on the quadriceps, offering a challenging workout for strength building and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg with your other leg extended in front. Hold onto a support for balance.
  2. Engage your core and slowly lower into a squat, keeping your chest up and knee aligned.
  3. Descend as low as possible while maintaining control, then press through your heel to return to standing.
