How to do it
- Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body into a semi squat position, keeping your back straight and chest up.
- Engage your core and quickly jump upwards explosively, extending your legs fully.
- Land softly back into the semi squat position and immediately prepare for the next jump.
