The Roll Ball Upper Trapezius Release is a self-myofascial release technique focusing on relieving tension in the upper trapezius. It involves using a massage ball to apply pressure to the muscle, helping alleviate tightness and improve mobility in the shoulder and neck area.

How to do it

  1. Place a massage ball between your upper trapezius and a wall.
  2. Lean into the wall to apply pressure to the muscle.
  3. Slowly move your body back and forth, rolling the ball over tight areas.
  4. Focus on any tender spots, holding pressure for 20-30 seconds.
  5. Continue until you feel a release of tension.
