The Ring Chest Fly is a strength exercise that targets the chest muscles while also engaging the shoulders and arms. By performing the movement on gymnastics rings, it also improves stability and core strength.

How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position while gripping the gymnastics rings with extended arms aligned with your body.
  2. Slowly spread your arms out to the sides, keeping a slight bend in the elbows.
  3. Lower your body until your chest is level with your hands, then return to the starting position.
