How to do it
- Sit on the Leg Curl Machine with your back against the pad.
- Place one ankle under the padded lever with the knee flexed.
- Hold the machine handles and slowly curl the leg down by contracting the hamstrings.
- Pause briefly and then return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching legs.
