The Lever Seated One-Leg Curl focuses on isolating the hamstring muscles by curling one leg at a time while seated. This exercise improves strength and flexibility in the hamstrings, aiding in knee stability and athletic performance.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the Leg Curl Machine with your back against the pad.
  2. Place one ankle under the padded lever with the knee flexed.
  3. Hold the machine handles and slowly curl the leg down by contracting the hamstrings.
  4. Pause briefly and then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching legs.
