How to do it

  1. Position yourself seated in the machine, aligning your shoulders under the padding.
  2. Place your feet firmly on the platform, ensuring knees align with toes.
  3. Grip the handles, keep your back straight, and engage your core.
  4. Push through your heels to extend your legs upward.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position with control.
