How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine and adjust the seat height so handles are at chest level.
  2. Grip the handles firmly with both hands.
  3. Press the handles forward by extending your arms fully.
  4. Pause briefly at full extension, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Maintain a controlled motion throughout the movement.
