The Lateral Shuffle Squat Tap is a dynamic lower body exercise improving agility and strength. It engages the legs, core, and coordination, making it effective for enhancing athletic performance and cardiovascular fitness.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  2. Perform a lateral shuffle to one side, keeping hips low.
  3. Drop into a squat, tapping the ground with the opposite hand.
  4. Return to standing and shuffle to the opposite side, repeating the tap.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
