The Lateral Shuffle Squat Tap is a dynamic lower body exercise improving agility and strength. It engages the legs, core, and coordination, making it effective for enhancing athletic performance and cardiovascular fitness.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Perform a lateral shuffle to one side, keeping hips low.
- Drop into a squat, tapping the ground with the opposite hand.
- Return to standing and shuffle to the opposite side, repeating the tap.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
