Box jumps are a plyometric exercise that boosts explosive power, agility, and coordination by having individuals leap onto a raised platform. This movement is excellent for enhancing leg strength and cardiovascular fitness.
How to do it
- Stand in front of the plyo box with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees and swing your arms back.
- Explosively jump onto the box, landing softly with knees slightly bent.
- Step back down to the starting position and repeat.
