Box jumps are a plyometric exercise that boosts explosive power, agility, and coordination by having individuals leap onto a raised platform. This movement is excellent for enhancing leg strength and cardiovascular fitness.

How to do it

  1. Stand in front of the plyo box with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees and swing your arms back.
  3. Explosively jump onto the box, landing softly with knees slightly bent.
  4. Step back down to the starting position and repeat.
