The frog crunch with feet together is an abdominal exercise targeting the core, enhancing muscle tone and stability. It involves bringing the knees towards the chest while keeping the feet together, engaging the lower and upper abdominal muscles.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet together off the floor.
  2. Place your hands on the floor for support.
  3. Contract your abs and lift your torso and knees toward each other.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, then lower back to starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
