The Frog Crunch is a core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles with an emphasis on the Rectus Abdominis. It involves a crunch motion while the legs are bent and knees are apart, similar to a frog position, intensifying the contraction in the midsection.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet together, forming a frog shape with your legs.
  2. Place your hands behind your head with elbows pointing to the sides.
  3. Engage your core and lift your shoulders off the ground towards your knees.
  4. Squeeze your abs at the top of the movement, then slowly lower back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
