How to do it

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms at your sides.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Lower your body by bending your hips and knees, keeping your back straight.
  4. Go down until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
  5. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
