The dumbbell decline fly targets the chest muscles by isolating the pectoral region. This exercise also helps to enhance the muscles' overall definition and strength while engaging stabilizing muscles.
How to do it
- Lie on a decline bench with feet secured and a dumbbell in each hand.
- Extend arms above chest, palms facing each other.
- Lower arms to the sides in a wide arc, maintaining a slight bend in elbows.
- Bring dumbbells back to starting position while squeezing the chest muscles.
