The Cobra Stretch is a yoga pose that helps to increase flexibility and strengthen the spine while opening up the chest and shoulders. It is commonly used to relieve back tension and improve posture.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down with legs extended and palms placed under shoulders.
  2. Inhale and gently lift your chest, pressing through your arms.
  3. Keep your elbows slightly bent as you arch your upper back.
  4. Hold the position briefly, then exhale and return to the starting position.
