The Calf Raise Clap is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that targets your calf muscles while challenging your balance and coordination. By adding a clap in front, you increase the intensity and recruit your stabilizing muscles, making it an engaging and effective workout for lower leg strengthening and agility.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Rise onto the balls of your feet, lifting your heels as high as you can, engaging your calves.
  3. As you reach the top of your calf raise, clap your hands in front of you, maintaining balance.
