How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Rise onto the balls of your feet, lifting your heels as high as you can, engaging your calves.
- As you reach the top of your calf raise, clap your hands in front of you, maintaining balance.
