How to do it
- Lie flat on a bench, positioning a rope attachment on a low pulley cable system above your head.
- Grab the rope with both hands, palms facing, and extend your arms straight above you.
- Slowly bend your elbows, lowering the rope towards your forehead.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position, keeping elbows stationary.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
