How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a bottle in each hand.
- Engage your core and keep your back straight.
- Raise one arm forward to shoulder height, keeping your elbow slightly bent.
- Lower the arm back to the starting position.
- Alternate raising the other arm, maintaining a steady pace.
