The alternate front raise with bottle weights primarily targets the deltoid muscles of the shoulders. This exercise helps improve shoulder strength and stability while also engaging the core for balance during the movement.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a bottle in each hand.
  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
  3. Raise one arm forward to shoulder height, keeping your elbow slightly bent.
  4. Lower the arm back to the starting position.
  5. Alternate raising the other arm, maintaining a steady pace.
