The Bodyweight Kneeling Sissy Squat is a lower body exercise targeting the quadriceps. It challenges balance and flexibility while strengthening the legs. This exercise also engages the core and improves knee stability, important for functional movements and athletic performance.

How to do it

  1. Kneel on the floor with knees hip-width apart, and hands placed on your hips.
  2. Slowly lean back while keeping a straight line from knees to shoulders.
  3. Engage your core and quads to control the movement backward.
  4. Return to the upright kneeling position by contracting your quads.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining form.
