How to do it
- Stand upright with a barbell resting on your upper back.
- Step forward with one leg, bending both knees to lower your hips.
- Lower your back knee towards the ground without touching it.
- Push through the front heel to return to standing and step forward with the other leg.
- Continue alternating legs while maintaining an upright torso.
