How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell behind your thighs with an overhand grip.

- Lift the barbell by raising your arms to the side and slightly backward, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
