The band upright row is a strength exercise targeting the shoulders and upper back. It primarily engages the deltoids and trapezius muscles, improving shoulder stability and strength.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, stepping on the resistance band.
- Hold the band with both hands, palms facing your body.
- Pull the band upwards, keeping elbows higher than wrists.
- Pause at the top, then lower your hands back to the starting position.
