The band upright row is a strength exercise targeting the shoulders and upper back. It primarily engages the deltoids and trapezius muscles, improving shoulder stability and strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, stepping on the resistance band.
  2. Hold the band with both hands, palms facing your body.
  3. Pull the band upwards, keeping elbows higher than wrists.
  4. Pause at the top, then lower your hands back to the starting position.
