Ballerina Foot Tap Adduction combines balance and controlled movement to target the adductor muscles and improve lower body stability. This exercise enhances coordination, flexibility, and strengthens the core, promoting good posture and alignment.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet together and arms extended overhead.
  2. Shift weight onto one foot, lifting the opposite leg slightly.
  3. Swing the lifted leg across the body to tap the opposite side and return.
  4. Maintain core engagement and balance throughout.
  5. Alternate sides and repeat for desired reps.
