How to do it
- Stand upright with feet together and hands clasped.
- Step out to the right, bending your right knee while keeping the left leg straight.
- Push off the right foot to return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement on the left side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
