The Standing Reach Down Hamstring Crossed Legs Stretch enhances flexibility in the hamstrings and lower back. By crossing the legs, it also increases the stretch on the sides of the glutes and calves. This movement is excellent for improving posture and releasing tension in the lower body.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright and cross your right leg over your left.
  2. Slowly bend forward at the hips, reaching your hands toward the floor.
  3. Hold the stretch while keeping your legs straight and breathe deeply.
