Ski runners are a dynamic exercise resembling ski movements. They enhance cardiovascular endurance, agility, and coordination. This exercise involves quick lateral jumps, simulating a skiing motion.

How to do it

  1. Start standing upright with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Jump to one side, landing on one foot while the other foot crosses behind.
  3. Swing your arms to maintain balance and momentum.
  4. Quickly jump back to the starting position and then to the other side.
  5. Repeat at a fast pace while maintaining form.
