How to do it
- Start standing upright with feet together and arms at your sides.
- Jump to one side, landing on one foot while the other foot crosses behind.
- Swing your arms to maintain balance and momentum.
- Quickly jump back to the starting position and then to the other side.
- Repeat at a fast pace while maintaining form.
