How to do it
- Start with feet together, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Step to the right with your right foot while swinging your arms laterally.
- Bring the left foot together with the right foot, maintaining the arm swing.
- Repeat the movement to the left, alternating sides continuously.
- Maintain a steady pace and rhythm throughout the exercise.
