Side step swing is a dynamic exercise that combines lateral movement with arm swings. It enhances coordination, balance, and cardiovascular endurance while also engaging multiple muscle groups.

How to do it

  1. Start with feet together, arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Step to the right with your right foot while swinging your arms laterally.
  3. Bring the left foot together with the right foot, maintaining the arm swing.
  4. Repeat the movement to the left, alternating sides continuously.
  5. Maintain a steady pace and rhythm throughout the exercise.
