The Ring Mountain Climber is a dynamic exercise that targets core strength and stability while also engaging the upper and lower body. It enhances cardiovascular endurance and improves balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with feet in gymnastics rings.
  2. Engage core and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Drive one knee toward chest, keeping the other leg extended.
  4. Quickly alternate legs, maintaining control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
