How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with feet in gymnastics rings.
- Engage core and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
- Drive one knee toward chest, keeping the other leg extended.
- Quickly alternate legs, maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
