The One-Leg Quarter Squat is a lower-body exercise focusing on building strength and stability in the legs and core. This exercise is great for enhancing balance and coordination while targeting the quadriceps and glutes.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright and lift one leg slightly off the ground.
  2. Keep your core engaged and back straight.
  3. Lower your body into a quarter squat position on the standing leg.
  4. Hold briefly then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps and switch legs.
