Lever Kneeling Leg Curl (Plate Loaded)
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The Lever Kneeling Leg Curl focuses on strengthening the hamstrings by having the user kneel on a padded platform while curling a weighted lever downwards using the lower leg. This exercise effectively isolates the muscles on the back of the thighs, improving hamstring strength and stability.
How to do it
- Place your knees on the padded support and lean forward with your torso onto the upper pad.
- Hook your lower leg under the lever pad, keeping the toes pointed downward.
- Grip the handles for stability and maintain a neutral spine.
- Curl your leg upward by bending the knee, lifting the lever pad as high as possible.
- Slowly lower the lever to the starting position in a controlled manner.
