The Lever Kneeling Leg Curl focuses on strengthening the hamstrings by having the user kneel on a padded platform while curling a weighted lever downwards using the lower leg. This exercise effectively isolates the muscles on the back of the thighs, improving hamstring strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Place your knees on the padded support and lean forward with your torso onto the upper pad.
  2. Hook your lower leg under the lever pad, keeping the toes pointed downward.
  3. Grip the handles for stability and maintain a neutral spine.
  4. Curl your leg upward by bending the knee, lifting the lever pad as high as possible.
  5. Slowly lower the lever to the starting position in a controlled manner.
